Payment
Purchases made through Old World St. Nicks' Etsy shop (the Ornament Shop) are easy. Use your PayPal account to make the payment within 48 hours of checkout. Orders for one-of-a-kind original dolls may also be made using PayPal, or by phone (678) 546-3767 or (800) 866-8500.
Shipping
If purchasing an item through Etsy (the Ornament Shop), the cost of shipping is calculated in the checkout process. Custom orders may require additional shipping costs, depending on size and weight of the piece. All orders will be shipped within three to five business days. USPS priority mail when shipping in the USA and USPS mail shipping internationally are our standard methods. Please contact us at [email protected] if you prefer a different shipping option. Additional charges may apply.
Purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended for items over $50. While each piece is durable, our work does often contain pieces that are breakable. Please advise upon ordering if you would like to add insurance to your shipping costs.
Returns
We want our customers to love our pieces as much as our artist loved creating them. But if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will happily exchange your order if returned to us in its original condition (shipping charges not refundable). For custom orders, we reserve the right not to accept returns, based on materials purchased expressly for those pieces.
